Designing Rocks & Plants Assignment #1
-
Enjoying the new designing rocks and plants course by @shanehunt
Here’s my homework for Assignment #1
50 rocks and 50 plants
-
@Jeremy-Ross Looks like a lot of fun! Also your sketches are all so organized. There is something very visually satisfying about that.
-
Turning in my Assignment #2 homework for accountability purposes.
This is choose your 5 favorite rocks and 5 favorite trees from the 100 thumbnails and add more detail and draw larger than thumbnails.
-
Assignment 3, trees in foreground, mid ground and background.
-
Assignment #4 -3 balanced rock formations and 3 unbalanced rock formations.
-
I have to say, working full time in engineering and being a swim Dad doesn’t allow for much drawing time, much less, homework from SVS!
Nevertheless, after 2 full days on Saturday and Sunday being at the swim meet (and volunteering) I finally made time to start on Assignment #6!
-
And finally, Part 2 of 2 of Assignment #6 (3 Unnatural plant and rock formations).
For this exercise, I decided to draw books as trees, with leaves being tiny books, which haven’t been written yet- hence the question marks. The rocks are pencils, hourglass and cube. I decided to make everything come out of a pond like surface.
Thanks @shanehunt for an amazing course!
