I created this drawing after reminiscing about moments in my childhood spent in my room, hearing noises and feeling convinced that someone or something else was present. Think it's worth pursuing further? Thank you!

@Jeremiahbrown The overall illustration looks pretty good. I think it is a good start, and I like what I can see of the wolf. But based on what you have posted here, and had I not seen the prompt, there would be no way to tell what is happening. First thing to note is the prompt says she "stepped carefully", which I think is important.

Some design details that could be improved are:
        - the girl looks to be holding a cell phone rather than a flashlight
        - the girl's emotion could be pushed further
        - if it is dark, then the environment outside the window needs to
        be much darker
        - on that note, there is too much light in the room
        - what is the wolf spilling, and why is that important?
        - the wolf's purpose needs to be made more clear

think again about the story you are trying to tell based on the full prompt. And if you watched the live stream for the Rock Fortress prompt, maybe get away from the square format like they mentioned.

        Hope that helps!

@tom-barrett Thanks so much for the response! It's critiques were excellent and made me realize... I'm just not into the image, and I'm going to scrap it, haha. I hope that's not disappointing since you so wonderfully crafted that response.

@Jeremiahbrown not disappointed at all. Sometimes the best option is to start again. Post the new one when you can!
