I've finished Level 01 of the SVS curriculum. I don't know why I feel so uncomfortable posting my course work but I have read multiple times that it is a must. My favorite class of level 01 was The Magic of Color but I learned the most from Light and Shadow for Illustrators. I'm looking forward to working my way through level 02.

I can't wait to see how I will continue to progress through level 02.

Perspective fries my brain. I'm not looking forward to taking the other perspective classes because I have to work at it but when I see the progress I'm making in my compositions it does feel worth it. Color classes are like a breather for me. I know I will enjoy them so I make sure I fit one in between perspectives.

I've got the same with the more extensive color lessons. So thats going to be a challenge for me. I just finished the 2nd perspective class now. And made a bit of a cleaned up version of it aswell ^^ . Now into lesson 3 😃

I've been drawing perspective already since I was a kid, my dad thought me when I was 10 or so. I always thought it was fun to do. So with practice, it got easy on me. As soon as you put enough hours into practice you'll get more into a comfort zone with it.
As long as its out of your comfort zone, you're still learning! So just keep on practicing and i will get better in time.

But yeah, enjoyable and 'chores' is good to switch in between I guess. It should be challenging but fun, not a headache 😉
