Anyone using Glaze?

I'm trying to find a way to keep using my IG account, but also protect my art from AI. Is anyone running their work through Glaze? Do you feel it's enough to keep your stuff safe from AI?

@Laurel-Aylesworth did you ever find out more about Glaze? I've been following the AI/glaze/Cara thing from a distance, as I haven't posted any of my work to social media for several years, but I still want to know how all this will turn out.

Yes, I use Glaze and Nightshade if I post online. I don't do it that often anymore and am really debating to delete my Meta accounts (even though I'm in the EU so there's a lawsuit going on and Meta stopped rolling out their AI model without opt-out here.
There are alternatives but the issue with most alternatives is, that they are no IG alternatives but more alternatives for artstation, deviantart etc aka for artists and not for customers.
