Hi guys, the prompt “saying goodbye” sparked 2 ideas, one of them was when I moved out of my home country to come and live in USA

I simplified the first floor, and for the 2nd floor I used reference from the actual airport, which has some very abstract art decorations?, but now I am wondering if, without having the reference, that strange mesh thing on the ceiling is confusing for you, or if it is still understandable that it is an actual airport?
      Thank you!

@Mariana-B I think it makes sense that it is an airport....there are a lot of other clues in the illustration like the escalator and the fact that she is holding a bag that make it clear she is in a terminal of some sort. Also...airports always have the weirdest architecture! Comparing to the photos it's a really good approximation of the structure! I love the way that you played with the light. IDK if you are going for a more blurry effect or if you are still in the middle of the detail work but it does look a little more detail on this edge that is closer to us. I think it's great though!

@Jennifer-Fletcher Yes it’s true airports have some very interesting architecture! I was worry it would look like a spaceship or something hehe.
I tried to make it blurry in the parts that are further away, and keep it less blurry closer to the viewer. Thank you for the feedback!
