Cancelling subscription

I've got to unsubscribe for a while so I unsubbed through my account settings so I wouldn't get billed at the beginning of next month thinking that I could still access the courses until it's time for my next payment. However this does not seem to be the case and I can no longer access any courses even though my monthly payment only went out a few days ago.
If this is working as intended perhaps it would be a good idea to update the FAQ on the unsubscribing procedure so others don't get caught out similarly. -
I did that too, I contacted Aaron with SVS support and he took care of it for me--use this page https://svslearn.com/contact. They're aware of the problem and working on it, but in the mean time they will totally help you out and give you what you paid for if you just contact them
