Can any of these digital drawing classes be applied to Sketchbook pro?

A lot of it seems to favor Photoshop, which isn't something I can't afford to devote monthly costs to. Thanks for any if you can provide.

@Ragtag-Graphite I have not used sketchbook pro before but most of the classes focus more on the fundamentals then the tools. Don't get me wrong they do mentioned how to use some of the tools in photoshop but everyone uses the tools differently. Everyone finds there own tricks on how to use a program.
