      Hi there,
for 4-5 weeks now I'm taking SVS classes and I'm totally hooked.
Since I am self employed I didn't paint for nearly 15 years now. But watching Jake painting robots on youtube brought me back. I always wanted to paint digitally but never tried. After watching 6 or 7 classes from Jake and Will and Marco my wife insisted me to take part on 3rd thursday. So here is my first attempt. After several different thumbnails to find a composition this was the first drawing:
0_1468877058104_3thursdayjuly..jpeg and then I went crazy and after one horrible picture (I will never show that one), this is my final one for July 3rd Thursday:

I like the texture you've used, and you kept the background nicely blurred but we can still understand that it's a ship that crashed. Welcome to 3rd Thursday!

The drawing and composition is beautiful...and if this is your first try at digital painting, then congrats - you are going to do awesome things if you keep at it!

I agree with the other posts and I really love the colors you chose.

Thank you very much. Now two days after finishing it, I see so many mistakes... I really stuggled with layers, brushes and so on... learning!
