I actually think that back leg works and looks fine. Glad the animals video helped!

@aska I just finished that class as well! Your dog's expression and gesture are great. 🙂

Thank you @DOTTYP , @Jake-Parker and @K.W. !:) i feel motivated to draw more dogs now;) in fact, only month ago ive taken a dog from shelter, so i have a model to use;)
BTW 'How to draw animals' class is great:) its really interesting how you can take animal body into parts, simplify it and then build it up again in any pose that you want.

The back leg is fine, but the way the front paws connect to what is more or less the rest of the palm doesn't really work in my opinion.

@aska That's a great review of the class! You mind posting it in the class review section? Thanks!

@Jake-Parker No problem 🙂 I've also done this, but there was no possibility to attach it to the review, so i throw it here as an advert for forum members 😉

@aska Wonderful example of improvement through conscious learning and practice. I too often forget to look back on my own work and miss the joy of seeing this advancement in ability and skills.

Super cute! This would be a great Christmas image, I think. And you should be proud of the growth you have achieved!
