JUNE ILLUSTRATION CONTEST: TREEHOUSE
-
Hi! That's my treehouse! It was built by a guy who get rid of the city life and goes to live on the beach.
Any suggestion about that it's very useful for me Let me know what you think.

Hello. Here is my entry for this challenge. A great challenge, I learned a huge amount of stuff drawing this house.
-
Thought I'd post my second tree house inspired by a walk I did thru my local nature park.
Can't get the image to load so here is a LINK to my website blog.
-
@jinneskog I know, Right?? Trying to combine architecture and organic foliage is tricky! I'm digging the big tree little tree visual, and love the idea of the pully elevator!
-
@katrina-fowler It says the link expired Maybe you can use a direct link to a google drive image?
-
@withlinesofink I changed it to my website blog. Let me know if the link doesn't work.
-
@withlinesofink Thats right, Jinneskog it is Thank you, glad you liked it. Yeah sticking that house in to the tree foliage was really tricky. Looking at it now maybe I should have done it a little different. Did you have any suggestions?
-
OK. PHEW! Now that I've figured out how to make this small for uploading...I already did a simple water color illustration for the Tree House contest BUT I couldn't resist adding this little piece. I took the photo on a walk and then added the 'houses' and spirits. I didn't want them to stick out too much so I hope you all can see them.

Hi Guys, here's my entry for June's Treehouse contest!
-
Hello everyone, really nice work in here. Love the idees!
I've been afraid of posting for a long long time, but here's finally my first entry, just on time!
I'll be happy to hear any critiques and advices[edit image size was > 1200px , fixed! ]
Have a good day! -
@jinneskog I think you have the right elements in there! If you wanted to keep playing with it I'd recommend revisiting the perspective- which seems a bit off (or maybe your vanishing points are too close), and changing up the angle to really have fun with the emotional elements.
-
@lepueblo Loving it! I especially think your colors are working well here but I really like your style- it reminds me a bit of Calvin and Hobbes!
-
Running out of time, but this is what I came up with.

Hi Everyone, I finally figured out how to be a part of this contest. So here is my entry, I have been enjoying yours.
