@ambiirae I too like the 2nd one... Maybe try to make the cow bigger and the writing under the chin? Thumbnail time methinks!

I really like the chicken in the 1st image. It has a really interesting shape dynamic.

@Marsha-Kay-Ottum-Owen I prefer the original idea, I like the dynamic more. The size difference makes it interesting (Will Terry talks about including big, medium, and little objects to help create interest). I also like that the cow on that page leads the reader to look at the other page with her eyes. Nice job. 😊

I agree I like the second one. Perhaps it's because of the winding path of the fly drawing my eye over to the right page. Make the Cow bigger so all the elements aren't the same size. Also consider breaking up the text and having 'It's sitting there picking at a long piece of thread' on the right page.

Well... I also like the original, too. I think it's just that the farmers head is close to the cows butt and the fly is coming out the the cows butt, too. Little weird and I know kids would catch that! LOL

Watch the farmers arm/neck/shoulder area. Really work out the anatomy here. Great characters.

Well, #3 is out 🙂 I guess I still like my original compared to the rest. I definitely spent more time on it. I even did a practice painting.......Maybe I'll post the next page and see what you think of it.
