I tried using perspective a bit to get this cow right. I think I am happy with this final drawing. Please let me knwo if I need to ttweak anything. I'm going to go scan my dummy at a local place today. Never perfect but I think.....I can live with the current work and move on using everyone's great advice and help on the next one which might be..Granny Can't Find Her Glasses..after learn a bt more about, and establishing the practices of a good self-publisher and selling more successfully. I THINK I can, I THINK I can......:-)

You are really tackling hard angles and poses, with or without solid perspective knowledge, so, well done!
