      Deep breath, first art post... after watching the light and color videos.

      This is just a personal project that I've been working on. I don't think you could post it exactly under a children's illustration as nothing much is happening.

      I'd made one previous that was very stylized, here I'm going for a more painterly feeling. Ginger_5sm.jpg

                @lyddie_lee Hi lyddie. This is very nice! GINGER!!! I love to paint portraits as well. I use different brushes, one is triange shaped. one is a soft brush, used for fur and hair. Ill try and send them to you in a file. on youtube i follow Istebrak art instructor. she gives out really good tuts. maybe its helpful. Good Luck!
