No option to post under the Art Category

Has anyone else noticed that you only have the option to post a new topic under the General or Question categories, no matter what page you try it from? There is no option for the Art category.

You can if you go into each subcategory.

@Steve-Young Never mind, it's working. It must have been a glitch, or the fact that I was using Firefox.

Actually, I am having this same issue and I am using google chrome...

EDIT: I've figured it out and it's resolved. Thank you Steve Young for the advice.
