      I hope to be able to start some discussion on this topic and maybe even instigate the SVS lecturers to maybe bring this topic to a video discussion @Will-Terry @Lee-White, in case they didn't do that yet.

          Beautiful video - and totally agree. Actually, although he keeps on saying that what he says is not new (which is true), he expresses in a way that struck a different chord.
          I recommend wholeheartedly another book that shifted my perspective. It's called (apologies beforehand) "The subtle art of not giving a f**k", by Mark Manson. It says something similar and very enlightening when he says "You do not choose your goal, you choose your pain", meaning you have to make a conscious choice to dedicate your life not to reaching the goal but to walking the path.
