Monster Project Hunter's Monster (9 yo)

Okay, here is the next Monster in the project. Hunter had a very detailed and long description!
It's name is Joe. Blue, skinny body. One horn in top of the head. Two ears, orange eyes that are very wide, a mad mouth with green lips, yellow belly, 3 horns on the back, short round red tail, 2 feet with 6 toes on each foot, 3 arms-2 on the right side and 1 on the left. No belly button, arms are hairy. He's in the jungle eating a banana.
