Here's mine. A scene at a beach that really exists... but with one rather unlikely guest!

I'm taking the Creative Composition class right now and am already seeing some things I could to to make this even more snappy. Oh well! Sign that the class is working, for sure.

Pencilled and inked on A3 paper, colorized in Photoshop.

@josegalue25 This is quite an eye catching piece and I really love your colours. I will certainly look at your speed painting video!

I went to your Instagram and watched your video -nice. Also enjoy the octopus / wine glass and what I would access to be dino wrapping paper and spaceman.

                                    "Size Doesn't Matter"

This one had several steps: First started as a sketch, then in photoshop where Ivan (my foster squirrel) was photoshopped to a bike. Then text added around him. Printed out and transferred to linoleum and carved, printed out on the press, then back to photoshop for some editing and sizing, reprinted out and exposed to a screen and screen-printed. Lots of steps. It was super fun!

I chose to depict the epic journey of Narnia's Voyage of the Dawn Treader. I also show Reepicheep, the daring mouse who was quite big at heart for his size.

Hello, this is my first post & first submission to a SVS prompt challenge. This illustration was done with prisma color pencils. It's an image of an angel flying toward the northern lights. Was hoping to capture BIG sky, BIG wonder and I went BIG with the time I spent on this with all the crosshatching and textured style. It was a challenge to convey the ethereal light with this technique but I enjoyed that part of the challenge. I appreciate any feedback as a newbie ๐Ÿ™‚
