Hi, I'm Sem from Brussels, Belgium!
My studies were in Digital Arts and Entertainment (video game design & development) and in Animation (traditional and digital).
So far I worked on several projects, over the span of about 7 years, mostly movies, children's series, explainer videos and some commercials. But that probably sounds more exiting than it was
(most jobs were junior stuff).I have always loved drawing but never had a very decent training in it, apart from the drawing classes in school and tutorials I followed online or in books. The Podcast is what brought me here and I'm interested in learning more about illustration, techniques and the life of a freelance illustrator. Recently I had the opportunity to work on illustrations for a children's book, which was really nice, but when I see the work of professional illustrators I feel like I still have a lot to learn (but who doesn't
).Also, in case you need a creative challenge, I recently started an art challenge for the month of July called Julike

Welcome to the forum. I also just recently did some children's work and now am ashamed of it when I look at other people's phenomenal work :smiling_face_with_open_mouth_cold_sweat:
