      Hi all,

I work in procreate at 300dpi and my files are big, but every time I try to resize them to make them smaller to upload to the forum or website etc, they come out looking horrible and pixelated, what’s the best way to do it? I also have affinity designer and gimp on the laptop but would prefer to do it on the ipad

I use an app called Image Size that was either free or super cheap. It allows you to resize by pixels or by physical size and I use it all the time to downsize things I have done in Procreate. It’s easy and works great.

are you on a mac or windows machine? The mac previewer has a built in size editor that's always worked perfectly for me (it can even do batch jobs of any number of images at once which is super handy). Affinity should be very capable on the windows side of exporting the right size without significant loss. You can always just reduce the size and save it as a PNG and while it'll be much bigger than a JPG, it should be fine to post here without any loss.
