Hi I'm new !

Hi everyone!
I'm new here and so excited to be apart of this! This seems like such an incredible community and this forum seems so encouraging and inspiring! I'm currently a student studying graphic design at Lee University, but I plan to pursue a career in illustration or animation! I've always had a passion for art and have always wanted to be able to just create for my career. I mainly work in oil paint and prismacolor colored pencil, but I love exploring lots of different mediums. I am currently trying to learn digital art and am enjoying it even though it's definitely a learning curve! I am currently working with a self-publishing author illustrating for her, so I'm so excited about this opportunity! If you all have any experience or advice working with self-publishing authors please let me know! I've really been learning a lot through SVS classes so that's been great!
