I just received my advanced copies for a book I finished last December and I'm soooo excited to show you!! It's a unicorn themed board book with mechanical elements, a horn you can slide up and hoops you can detach and throw on the horn for a little game of "hula hoop". It turned out SO nice, the books designer did an amazing job and the book is bigger and thicker than I imagined. It feels nice and solid in hand, with each page being made of 4 layers of cardboard. I'm so happy with this!!

I am just curious, since I was reading your posts about how long does each book take for different people/project, is this a fast or long project for you? Thank you!

This one was a rather quickie project, because it's a very short book of just 3 spreads, 1 single page, a cover and 3 pages of hoops. But I had a good 2-3 months to do it which was really roomy! I was able to spread out the work in such a way that I barely felt it. Most weeks I'd be working like 4 days on other projects, and half a day on this one.
