      Can you please give input on the composition? All you bookcover pros out there 🙂 I need to take that class. Thanks. Of course it still needs the fine tuning but as far as the composition? there will be stars in the top background and sky blue on the bottom. Watercolr. The lettering will be white or light colored in my mind. Thanks!

        @MOO hi! I think you composition is good. You piece is fairly simple so I don’t think there’s any issue. Perhaps you can experiment on zooming and cropping your illustration. Perhaps you’ll find a better version of the cover.

          @MOO Overall it’s a nice simple, peaceful composition but I find the pose of the young child rather unsettling. It seems too droopy, unsupported and awkward. Consider how comfortable it would be to snuggle up on a soft, fluffy cloud and play it up in the gesture, it will add to the level of peace and security a child should feel at bedtime.
