I watched critique Arena and it was fun and brilliant, my house design was not chosen cause it was not showing it’s a Yeti house, and here I got confused I maybe misunderstood the description cause all of the elements that we should include, like the mail box and personal stuff, so I thought we should do a design for our previous character that suits it not any Yeti, also when Jack said who said that Yeti raise chicken or glowing butterflies, why not if he have a mail box 🙂 thank you, and now I want to ask a couple of questions for the Yeti cooking contest, I will post on the other thread.

@Molambo Hi! You can find it on our Facebook page 😁 If it doesn't start right at 2pm MDT on the dot, just hang in there for a few minutes, sometimes there's a little lag between when they start, and when it shows up on Facebook. Also, sometimes there's technical difficulties😂

@Leah-Boulet Yes, the "local color" emphasis in the course was my big "Aha!" moment, too! I don't work digital either, so it's helpful to see how Lee applies that same concept to other media. It's been interesting to think through using that mindset in Inktober, with only black ink and white paper to work with, but I do notice an improvement in my understanding of value and form with just that mental shift!
