Love everyone’s inspiring work! Here’s my post. I interpreted Dragonfly as Dragon vs. Fly, with the dragon as a bearded dragon (a fly’s natural enemy). I hope that’s within the bounds of our creative license. Anyway, had fun making it! Hope everyone’s summer has been enjoyable!

Like Ruth Tripp said " Love everyone's inspiring work!" Just adding my idea to the pile. She loved dragonfly surfing so much, any excuse to go dragonfly surfing and she was there.!

Here’s my submission for this month’s prompt! My family and I just did only a few hours of traveling this week and wooweee it would have been nice to have a dragonfly flier with a bathroom in it. All the gas station bathrooms were closed for Covid complications. We got through it though!

@JDRpictures I could be massively wrong but it looks like a digital collage with scanned textures created with paint and lino print ink & roller. Beautiful image

I was inspired by my three boys who are in cub scouts to do this illustration. I can see this is a nonfiction nature book or magazine.

@carrieannebrown yes Carrie-Ann I’m kinda obsessed with textures. There is a watercolor paper texture in there that I made but other than that it’s all stock brushes in the procreate app. I appreciate the

The front of my car has an embarrassing amount of smushed bugs on it. Sometimes they get lucky.
