@Dima-Eichhorn My niece is pretty good at art for her age and I have introduced her to watercolour, gouache, pencil crayon qualities, oil pastel, acrylic, and shown her my soft pastels.

Hi! I'm Scharon, here is my version of the Ink Fairy. I am not a student at SVS (though I hope to be in the near future) but was so inspired by the contest that I decided to share my sketch. I figured the Ink Fairy probably needs some life-experience if she's gonna protect ink and bring creativity to all, that's why she's old, for wisdom you know :))

I intially choose to go with a first person perspective of the moment when the ink fairy was finally coaxed out.

Here's my entry. I wanted to workshop it some more, but my wife is going out of town so I'll be soloing the home schooling situation for the next couple weeks so I will likely have no time :). Figured I'd just run with my initial idea, finish it up and post it before she left haha.
