Hi @AustinShurtliff, sharing my 2020 Slowvember piece in the group post.
I really enjoyed taking my time through each stage, brainstorming, thumbnails, rough comp studies, sketches, color studies, rendering, textures and icing on the cake, or should I say cereal?
This lesson in slowing down helped me sleep on decisions rather than trying to finish the piece. Since I work full-time in engineering and construction, I use any available time after hours to work on my craft.
As ancient wisdom, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

@AnneWertheim such a beautiful rendering!! I think this will look amazing as a postcard! I love that blueish cold snow and warm lights contrast so much!
