Nevermind, figured it out.

Wanting to resubscribe now that I have better internet.
I had finished about 47 classes, and had a couple more started, none of them show up in my account.
The paypal subscribe option is gone.
There is no resubscribe button, only a new sub with a 30 day free trial, when I was a student for just shy of a year. It makes no sense why there wouldn't be a "welcome back, would you like to restart your subscription" (or something along the lines of that), button or page for existing students that stopped their sub.
Customer service said they would have to manually move my classes to my account, when it is the same exact account...
Anyone else have this issue?

Found my completed courses, as well as any class that was partially completed, they are all under "Expired."
The completed courses tab is empty.

Nevermind, I signed back up with a debit, and all my classes are now back in the right categories. Also got 30 days free, which is helpful.

Glad you were able to get it figured out I was sorry I couldn’t help you!

I have the same problem cause I subscribed via PayPal and will never do it again, I did ask support from the SVS support team, and they said that the subscription will not show in the SVS account only in PayPal!

@Asyas_illos It's ok.

@shereen-said Yeah it's weird.
After signing back up just yesterday with my debit card, everything seems fine. All my finished and in progress classes are there. It is also showing up in billing on the site now. With paypal, I had to keep track of it through paypal, which was a bummer, but at the same time I have to keep track of my other subs thought it, so it wasn't too big of a deal.
They just told me that when you sign up with paypal, it uses the paypal email to make a new account. There was nothing informing that would happen if paypal was the chosen method of payment. I've never had that happen with any other sub service, I use one email for my accounts, then my paypal (which is a different email, yes) for the reoccurring payments with 0 issues.
Just some odd site quirks. Another quirk, telling me I need to log in, then when I do it says, "You are already logged in"
