Creative Composition Final Assignment - Critiques Requested and Appreciated

Hi everyone, I would love critiqes on my final assignment for the creative composition class because I really want to get to professional level with my skill. This class was amazing! The prompt was "“Quickly the little salamander scampered down to the forest floor and hid from the squirrel!” And we had to add 25 objects to the scene. Thank you in advance.

I tweaked it more. I tried to solve the issue of the squirrel appearing disproportionately large, and I also shrunk the salamander since it was a bit too big for the flora around it. Did I lose anything in the composition with these changes? Did it work better before? Thank you.
