I read something here on the thread today that "independence means something different for everyone." With reading that I decided to go with my original concept, although it may not read independence right away, I am a mother of a toddler this is what independence is for me at the moment. Title "House Kitty." Loads of fantastic entries everyone!

Here's my submission. I thought of my little grandson who is learning how to dress himself and be independent. Should have done some more sketches, etc. but, I am learning. This was my first attempt.

Here's my entry. I've been too scared to upload it for two weeks, but now it's early morning, and it's easy to be a little bit braver when you don't know what you're doing yet.My experience of independence is that it can be very lonely. (if you don't do it right.)
