Mushroom village- critique please

Hello,
Can you please critique this piece I’ve created in relation to the mushroom village prompt?
I think the cut paper technique has given me more limitations than I anticipated, so there’s no spacial direction if that makes sense.

@cutpaper Could you use a different colour for the ground plane? otherwise it looks a bit like everything is floating... hope that helps. Looks good I've never tried using cut paper before.

It’s a fun technique, but rather time consuming, although I’ve only recently started working this way, so might not have found the optimum way of working quickly.

Very creative and original! I love the playfulness of your work. A child (and parent) would be enchanted turning the pages of a book illustrated by you. Love it!

Thanks!! I have fun creating it this way, so I’m glad it shows through the work. I do need to find a way to use this technique in a quicker fashion, so I’m planning on experimenting how to do that these next few weeks.
