I think 1 conceptually bends the prompt in a great way. Kind of hidden in plain sight.

Number 3. I think creative lighting will be essential here. I can't wait!

judging by some of your other pieces, I think you could really take #3 to a beautiful place. I'm sure you could make any of them great, but there's another vote for you to consider. 🙂

I'm a fan of option 2 for the story aspect. I can see how option 3 would make a visually powerful illustration, though.

Thank you for all your thoughts and comments. I think you guys are right with #3, it will be a tough piece, but if I can get it right it will make a nice one for the portfolio 😃

agree with the rest #3, looks like a good chance to make a lot of details.

I vote for #3 as well. I can see dramatic value choices making this one really pop like crazy! Well done!

@gary-wilkinson I'm late to chime in but I have to agree with the general consensus favoring #3. The other two ideas as really cool and creative, but they also remind me of recent work I've seen you do. On the other hand, #3 introduces a scene that evokes lots of emotion and is very relatable. Even in its rough early stage it tugs at the heart strings and could potentially become a memorable piece in your portfolio. Plus, there's opportunity to show adults, kids and pets hiding in the scene.
