      @tom-shannon Seriously awesome illustration and concept with the girl and the toad. I love it! You know EXACTLY what just happened. Her look. The toad's look. Really. Wow.

                @tom-shannon My favorite kind of drawings have a quick readability, and then more fun details underneath. This one had the double meaning of spell, which was evident first by the microphone and set up of the room. Then I saw the speakers face. I followed her gaze to the dismayed frog. Then back to her to verify what I was seeing. Yup, a spell being used in a spelling bee, genius! On the third pass I noticed the discarded shoes underneath the chair and my suspicions were confirmed. I loved the layering and extra detail!
