InkTober
Here's my first attempt at inking. I'm ready to take the Jake course. Surely do want to improve my drawing skills. Not very confident. Huh. -
@margaretintexas Hey Margaret.
There is no image attached to the post. You have to click the upload button, then wait until it says 100%, then wait a second or two longer until the image shows up. It's not the most obvious.
Welcome aboard. We're all friendly and only turn into monsters once or twice an hour, so don't be scared
I've never met an artist in my life that doesn't need to improve in certain areas... we're all on the same journey, it's just certain people set off slightly earlier than others.

@margaretintexas Firstly, stop putting yourself down. Inking is really hard and for a first attempt, it's great. That's what Inktober is all about. Improving our inking. I'm in no sense of the word a master inker at all. I'm using Inktober to get better as I only started inking traditionally a week or two before Inktober. Your confidence with ink will come. It's scary as all hell the first few times. Black ink on white paper is daunting! Keep up the awesome work though and you'll get there in no time!

@Ace-Connell thanks! Those are calla lilies, bird of paradise, liriope and, I think, two roses.
