Progress shot. I think I'm finally quite happy with the lighting. I know the blue is a bit bright, but I'm hoping the purples surrounding it are helping to counter it?

You know I like his blue, like with the sandman, would always chose the strong color I like it. Does the ghost girl illuminate light? If yes, than I will make the light blue highlights stronger around her and what about dping some blue lines on the surroundings? Or is the blue without reflexion?

Yes, my ghost is supposed to emanate some light, but so are the magical items forming the bed. I’ll experiment with adding some blue to the surrounding objects in the room. That could be quite interesting.

I've been reworking this sketch based off of the feedback I've already received. This is where it stands now. I'll be finishing this painting this week.

@ThisKateCreates Thank you for the kind words! Unfortunately, for years I'd just kept telling myself I can't bring any of my work to a finish, and I was just too afraid (of what exactly, is up for debate. XD)
