APRIL CONTEST: Lisa's robot invention worked great, until it did this...

@Jane-Smith-0
I think this is so good. Love how you did the lighting. -
I’m posting this so that I’ll stop fiddling with it. After I drew it, I thought, “This would make a good start for a book — The Adventures of TinCans.” I did it in Procreate and thank you @ArtofAleksey and @Braden-Hallett for your process videos that taught me some Procreate tricks.
-
@demotlj I think this is one of your best ones yet. It really is captivating because there is a simple story but still has tons to look at. Also your texture is really nice.
-
@chrisaakins Thanks, especially for the comment on the texture. The whole digital texture thing has been a mystery to me but I think I might be starting to understand it.
-
@Lucky-Platt my work is not digital. Either one is accepted.
-

@Heather-Boyd I like your image and especially this texture, it has such a paper feel!
-
@Dima-Eichhorn Thank you -most appreciative.
-
@demotlj so cute, I love the can robots!

Lisa thought that her calculations were correct this time. The robot was responding correctly, its movements were stable, everything was working great... Except for one, tiny, insignificant crack in the robots body. Lisa grabbed her blow torch, thinking, What's the harm in a quick fix....
