By the way...I have discovered a super interesting blog recently: it's curated by a psychologist and touches upon topics such as productivity, emotional balance and motivation. @Braxton Thank you! I have drawn the boy on paper traditionally with graphite pencil, scanned him and used him as the underlayer in Photoshop. Drew on top of that and coloured in Photoshop

@MissMushy Hang in there! We all have those months, and I think a more people are having those months lately. Just keep drawing anything at all, and post when you feel like it.

The sole purpose of this piece was to see if I could finish something in a day, and to have fun. Yesterday I did have fun, and I thought I had finished it. But then it became evident that the legs were flipping (that is, you couldn't tell which one was in front and which in back). So today I spent most of the day redrawing it over and over until it worked, which was less fun. But I finished!

I'm very tempted to add a popsicle to that hand sticking out, but not today. Happy June!
