Here's the description:
The East Side Coastal Resiliency (ESCR) Project is sponsoring a community call for art from K-12 students and local artists in New York City. Artwork will be judged on its creativity and responsiveness to the artwork themes listed on the website. Select artists will receive monetary awards stipends, and their artwork will be displayed on 6' x 12' construction fencing along the ESCR project construction site. Submissions due by 11:59 pm on 7/16/2021.The draw back is you can't have your name on the finish work. Probably some reproduction and other rights issues that weren't addressed.
