In what industry niche does my work belong?

Hey folks,
I'm after a bit of feedback please. This is commission for a little girl who loves Ancient Egypt. I loved doing the image and the first bit of feedback my husband gave was "It's very Disney" which I took as compliment, but makes me wonder how to sell my services as an artist. This is my go-to style which makes me happy. I love Disney, always have. I also draw in other styles, I'm very much a chameleon in that sense. The constant with my work is full colour vibrant rendering (which I can get carried away in!)
This image isn't supposed to be telling any particular story, so I'm not looking for feedback on how to make it suitable for a children's book in that sense... I'm basically wondering if my style fits in the children's book market at all? I feel the Disney influence gives it more of an animation vibe.
Should I be learning more about the animation industry? It's very daunting and not something I've really considered before, as it just seems such an idealised and unobtainable dream to work as an animator. From what @Jake-Parker has said in past episodes about the industry I'm not sure if it would be for me ('along with the fact I'm pushing 40, have a young family and live in the UK.) I feel I'm more drawn to children's publishing, but also like the idea of children's entertainment as a whole.

@gracewright Hi! I love boardgames and maybe this is why the first answer that popped into my mind was "boardgames art"
There are many styles that fit this niche but I think luminous, colorful, clear art as showcased by this piece would qualify especialy. In the past years the number of games published and the art quality they use have gone up a lot and it looks at it would cover what you like to do.About animation ... I don't know much about the animation industry, but I do belive you shouldn't hold back on what you really wish to do because of age. Trying to fulfill our goals and purpose gets more important with age, keep us young and strong! (well over 40 mother speaking

@Oana thank you! Yes I’d never really thought of board game artwork.. that sounds interesting! I’m definitely open to learning a bit more about that. I’ll have an investigation.
Getting older (with more responsibilities) makes things so much harder. Even just trying to research stuff

I was tempted today to put together some samples of what I meant
( instead of doing some work, of course the idea of getting the boardgames out and looking at the cards took precedence 
). This are also very nice board games that I reccomend There is a variety of styles and the ones that I was reminded by your work were the ones from Santorini and Sherif of Nottingham. Now to put all back in the boxes ....

@Oana I totally agree, this is an ideal fit for OP's style for sure! I think given your time constraints, not talking about your age because I agree that should not stop you, it may be better to think of licensing your artwork for games, magazines, products catering to kids/middle grade...rather than dedicating 6-9 months or longer for a children's picture book.
