Hi everyone, so my idea for this months challenge was to show a little rat who dreams of becoming a famous violin player. At the moment he earns his money from busking so he can feed all the hungry little mouths waiting for him back home. Will he succeed and become a star? Who knows. The music industry is a tough business.

Stars are symbols of hope and longing. It has been a rough couple of years for everyone, and the hope that is embodied in a star means more during this holiday season. Stars represent the hope of healing and the hope of being together again.

I've been obsessively drawing astronaut star collectors for a few months now and was thrilled when I found out this month's prompt was star. It gave me a perfect excuse to create another of these! Can't wait to see everyone else's submissions!
