If you look at the first image...the coat is slightly behind the tree. (I didn't take the time with the edits to worry about it) It's a little bit of tangent and I could pull that left tree in closing in the space which would force the coat to appear behind the tree and helping with the environment looking more integrated. Thank you for that too
I felt it was too dark as well. Part of the problem is Procreate and how it handles color...it came over the the MacBook really dark. So I did adjust that to be closer to what I was seeing on the iPad. Still feels darker to me than the original source. I'll certainly keep that in mind when doing the final.

@Chantal-Goetheer I may do a quick version using more shapes on that tree just to see. I feel like I'm entirely too anal LOL.
The arm fade is intentional. I love lost shape and edge. I'd really like to have pushed that further but...I'm afraid it would have made it tougher to read. Especially since this is utterly fictional and I don't have any reality to leverage for the shapes and gestures.
