      I gave Hansel and Gretel a go. Watercolor and water based gouache are still totally outside of my comfort zone, so I really enjoyed pushing myself with an uncomfortable medium. C8681B7F-9813-4955-90CB-90F3A0D63736.jpeg

        @AngelinaKizz Really great to see you push beyond comfort. Hopefully it even helped you empathize with your characters that feeling of the unknown and discomfort and being brave. The atmosphere in your environment with the colours you chose work well together. You have nicely expressed their emotion.

          Thanks Heather! When i first tried gouache I hated it. Water color has always been hard for me to get colors right, and the transitions to be what I want them to be. I found a huge shift in getting a good Sable brush and I'm enjoying the medium much more. So I'll keep working at it! Thanks for the kind comment.
