Hi @Anda-Ansheen, really great start you have here! I love the way the 'swirls' interact with each other and the ombre effect.

You can still use a similar method I was talking about when doing this, but you just alter the size relationships of the letters and placement of course.

I have a few tips to improve what you've got:

  1. Kerning - you need more space between the 'S' and the 'c'. There's a bit too much space between the 'M' and 'P' so you could just move the 3 letters 'cum' to the right a bit. The goal is to have "optically the same" spacing between your letters.

  2. Align your baselines. You'll still get a hand-lettered look even with penciling out a straight line to guide you, and it'll make a huge difference in the polish.

  3. When there's 'stems' that are almost lined up, go ahead and align them. I mean the straight line of the 'n' and the descender of the 'P' above it.

Also, I'm sure it's because you're still working on it, but the top line of lettering looks unfinished. You said this is a photoshop version, so you're probably not going for a polished look on this one. Your watercolour version will look great! Will you let the watercolours 'run' together to make that ombre look? Will look fantastic with texture too.
