              @harveywalls I worked hard on the water and then just gave up. Went back after the line work was done on the lion and tried to simple things and it turned it all around! Thank you.

                Love this image. I think you have the colors working well and I think the characterization of the lion is very successful. I do have a couple of suggestions. I think it would look better if the hands were slightly more paw-like. I also question how the back foot is making contact with the board. I've never been short-boarding before, but wouldn't the bottom of the toes be making contact with the board, even in a dropped knee position? The way they are now, it looks like he's getting ready to fall into the water, rather than having the ability to carve through the wave after this moment.

                Anyway, great job! This is really appealing!
