@tessaw Thanks! I feel like I've finally gotten my process down, as recommended by the SVS Gurus. I try to keep my steps the same every time, so that I stay consistent in my illustrations.

1. Concept/Thumbnails
2. Final Sketch
3. Lay down all my solid colors (on separate layers, so tedious)
4. Texture (I lock the layers and use my custom made brushes to add texture)
   
5. Lights and shadows
6. Details

That's awesome. Love the organization of your layers! I haven't quite nailed down my process yet. Hopefully one day soon.
