Panda Samurai...

I'm just trying to get better at posting consistently and producing more finished work. In all honesty, I have no idea what to do with this, but it's finished and I needed to tell some fellow artists.
Happy Wednesday!

I'm so in love with this. I love that each panda has its own unique personality. Keep up the good work!

@theemkat Hey thanks so much! It was a blast to draw, glad you enjoyed it

This panda suit’s history dates way back to the 4th century when samurai armor and cuirasses were produced in Japan. And over the centuries, they have developed incredibly since its introduction. During the period of the Heian area (794 to 1185 A.D.), the heavily armed o-yoroi was worn by the senior mounted Samurai, while the lower-class infantry Samurai were left with the lighter and sophisticated do-maru.

Some areas are a little busy, and I lose/can't see some of the pandas' faces due to there being little contrast between the white fur and the white background, but overall I find this stunning! There is so much detail in the outfits and armor, and just so many characters present on the page; beautiful work!
