Fun project! I like that you're going for a unified style and color palette between the pieces.

Those are looking great. I donโ€™t like horror movies, but these are quite nice. Hereโ€™s Johnny really is my favorite too. Layout and coloring really unifies them all. You can totally interchage the set for the ones you want. Great โ€œproductโ€ as well!

I'm really loving watching the progress of these ๐Ÿ™‚

Do you think you might do full face studies at all? It looks like you're on a half face theme, but if you're doing 100 it might be good practice to do full faces to really cement facial features and balance. But it all depends on what you want to get out of this. I'd love to hear your thoughts about it.

Either way, I really love how you're trying to capture horror. Do you watch American Horror Story at all?

@kaitlinmakes I thought about the full face, but when I decided to challenge myself I thought it would be easier to do just the half and to use a brush I never used. I also try not to "color" but to actually make strokes and if I mess up I don't undo. I wanted to capture all the aspects of traditional but save tons of money on supplies and do it digital.

I do watch American Horror Story, actual Twisty the clown is on my list of characters to paint.

@Chip-Valecek These are boss. Proper horror show! Would look really good in a panoramic sequence. I love Kyle T Webster brushes, I use his marker pens the most. Are you doing The Tall Man from Phantasm?

@Chip-Valecek - I'm loving the painterly style of these. And as others have said, I like the unified color schemes ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

@Chip-Valecek the pins are really great! It's the little details! Looking awesome. Not sure how to market these yet. One of my fav artists did a 100 flowers. She put them in sets of 5 postcards. I think she made 4 collections total. These would be nice framed in a triptych. NOT IN MY HOUSE. I swear. I may still go and grab the spiderman shirt for one of my boys.

@sigross yes he is on my list. I haven't used his marker pens yet, but this one brush I am using for this collection is really fun to play with. I also use two of his inking brushes and his water color brushes for my other work.

@djly thanks I am trying to keep it to four grey-scale colors and then one color to pop.

@Whitney-Simms i was thinking it would be great to print these for a nursery LMAO... But for real I was thinking maybe calendars.
