OCTOBER COMPETITION TOPIC: MISUNDERSTOOD MONSTER
-
@andina-subarja haha! Thanks, Andina! I hope I won’t disappoint you.
-
Haaris was the son of the most ferocious monster in all of the land, he was blessed with the genetic ability to also be a terrible monster. However, Haaris had no interest in joining the family business. Haaris just wanted to pursue a career in law.

@owenwilliamsart Ha, I love his little glasses
-
@owenwilliamsart monster lawyer sounds like the perfect 90's sitcom. Great character

Giants, When they aren't being harassed by little humans trying to steal thier gold and treasure, they are actually quite friendly.
-
@nemu Even Hades can't say no to those puppy dog eyes!
Good job on the texture of the fur, the dog looks great.

@louisedamiano
I love this monster-I like the way the scale is surprising, and how there's the interplay of what are usually straight lines (sides of the houses) but here many of them are tilted (another surprise). I also like your use of the yellow as the highlights throughout the monster and the trees, and the shadow of the ridge. I'm really curious about the story suggested with this image and would love to see more.And your first shared image? Well done!

Here is my entry. Growing up in Florida I had a healthy fear of allligators. But maybe they are sweet and harmless, unless they are stealing ice cream, that is. -
@andina-subarja

Decided to do mine in ink this time. I imagined the following accompanying text:
With the Count's thick Transylvanian accent and obvious mirror challenges, his hair stylist never could understood what he wanted.
Hope you like it:)
-
@owenwilliamsart Love your style, the story, and Haaris' name. Made me laugh.
-
@gary-wilkinson So good, as usual! A mysterious, quiet (and yet not so quiet) piece.
-
@branden-brushett OMG, I'm laughing so hard right now. Brilliant concept and execution.
-
@louisedamiano Your image surprised me (a good thing). The Paris stamp, the monster design, the city and river, everything is working for me. Great job!
