@Eli Ok. Great. Thanks. I looked at it again and I am not that worried about it now. The tension of the gap looks fine to me too now. Probably if it would be a color scene I could still emphasize the characters better.

Day 27 - Thunder
I did a piece with a similar idea a few months ago for the Music SVS competition.
For this one I've initially put many props into the old man's apartment (TV, cat, picture on the wall, etc.) to show how everything is rumbling but at inking it was just too much so I removed them all. -
Day 28 - Gift
Almost finished..... -
Day 29 - Double
After I've finished I realized how the kid grows the same way as Mario grows when eating a mushroom. -

Day 31 - Slice
So I finished! With a big delay so I voluntarily disqualify myself from Inktober :D. It was a great experience. Thank you guys for all the nice words and support.
I decided to continue the strips. I am taking a break for a few weeks to plan out how to return. I'll be posting some sketches in the meantime. Also, I'll be more active on the forums from now on as I was very busy working on the strips. Cheers
