Thanks so much, Chip! These slideshows really show off all the pieces so nicely! Having them in a different format than the forum thread and presented to easily click through all of them makes it so much easier to appreciate everyone's hard work. I would imagine those who are visiting the site for the first time really get a sense of the wonderful wide range of styles and learning levels the site supports.

When I flipped through the monthly challenge slideshow when I first visited, it really made me feel good to see such talent but more importantly it made me feel confident to see others on my own level who were lauded as well. It simultaneously lowered the barrier to entry, gave me confidence, and let me see the kind of skill and vision I wanted to strive for. All that in a simple slide show. Thanks for doing this, Chip!
