Awesome feedback, thank you Michael. The second idea is about a flying dragon, or monster, zooming over its soon to be pray. The idea is a little fuzzy, now I look at it more. This is the wonderful thing about doing rough thumbnails!

@Tom-Shannon Both your ideas are really fun, but I really like the first one more! It's such a funny concept. I read it as a person being burnt in their seat from all the sunbathing. I love it. 😄

@chrisaakins' idea to add smoke sounds great.

These are fun! I like the simplicity of all of these. The first one looks like it could easily be in The New Yorker. I think for the second one you need someone looking/pointing up in terror or a dog chasing it or something... maybe the shadow shows a person clutched in it's claws. For the third one, it might be cool to frame it with a photo style frame/border (polaroid?) to drive home the idea that they are posing for a photo. They are posing, right? Might be fun to do a sequence here. Either way, this is a great "moment before" image. The image here is crystal clear and I love the dog's expression.

I like the 2nd but I love the first and third! I agree with others remarks on the first and I wish there was a faster way to read the third as a family photo pic being taken. It feels to me like it's already in the album and maybe that's what you wanted. Still, I love the idea!

I'm a fan of the first one. It's simple and funny. Maybe a little smoke or something could exemplify what's going on.

I actually like the concept of number 3. It may get be more interesting if it wasn't straight on. The moment before! 😁

@Brad-Newman Thanks Brad. I agree with your comments. #3 is a posing photo, for sure. I thought of the frame/border photo idea too. Maybe a black and white photo so I can capture those really cool old school photo edge shapes? A person clutched in the claws of concept #2 is a great idea. Maybe the monster's nose, part of its head could be visible too? I'm glad you're seeing the general ideas. I appreciate your feedback!

3 and 4 are good. I love the dog in number three. Well, 3 is still my favorite.

@Tom-Shannon i personally like 1 because I’ve never seen an illustration like it possibly before. The other three are great but 1 stands out because of its uniquenes. Great job
